This program is a Live, Remote-Participation Seminar where attendees will enter the classroom from a home or work computer and be able to participate in a live learning experience that will focus on more complex financial considerations for divorcing spouses.

Three experts in finance and law pertaining to divorce will present lecture and materials for attendees, who will be able to interact throughout the program. Topics include Equitable Distribution in Complex Financial Situations; Complex legal issues that may impede resolution without the intervention of an experienced Divorce Attorney; and Business valuation techniques used by Business Valuation Experts.

Real-world case examples will be presented to enhance each expert's presentation. This Advanced Training Program will be held as a Live, Remote Participation Event from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm on two consecutive days.

A two-hour morning lecture will be presented on Day 1 by a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst, followed by a 30 minute Q&A period. After a one-hour lunch break, a two-hour afternoon lecture will be presented by a Family Law Attorney, followed by another 30 minute Q&A period.

Day 2 of the Program will include a morning lecture by a Business Valuation Expert, followed by a 30 minute Q&A and then a one-hour lunch period. The afternoon session of Day 2 of the Program will include a collaborative exercise related to the material learned in the previous 3 sessions, during which participants will be split into work groups.

Attendees only need a computer, tablet or smartphone with access to the internet and a quiet place, free from distraction to participate.
